Ingredients
1 packet dark chocolate flavor Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast drink
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup chocolate fat free frozen yogurt or ice cream
1/2 tsp. instant coffe granules
Directions
  1. Place Carnation instant Brekafast, ice, milk, forzen yogurt and coffe granules in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
