Ingredients
1 cup (about 2 large scoops) vanilla fat free frozen yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 packet Carnation Instant Breakfast, Rich Milk Chocolate
Directions
  1. Place frozen yogurt, strawberries, milk and Carnation Instant Breakfast in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
