Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage chees
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. milk
Directions
  1. Put the cottage cheese, lemon juice, and milk into a belnder.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. Pour into a small bowl.
  4. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix.
  5. Stir until blended.
  6. Serve in one-half of a green pepper.
  7. Dip tortilla chips, cheese, and veggies!
