Sausage Brunch Casserole

Everybody at work loves this dish. I bring it into the office at Christmas for the Lady's Breakfast.

Preheat Oven: 350°F
Ingredients
1 lb Hot Sausage
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
8 oz. Sour Cream – equivalent to 1 cup
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 bunch of green onions chopped
Directions
  1. Brown and drain the sausage.
  2. Mix browned sausage with remaining ingredients in an oven safe 13" x 9" baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown around the edges.
