These are a favorite treat for halloween around our house. They are easy to make and easy to eat!

Ingredients
32 Hershey's Kisses milk chocolates, unrapped
1 pkg. (11.5 oz.)fudge-striped shortbread cookies
1 tube of orange or red decorative icing
Directions
  1. Using decorative icing, attach one Kiss to the chocalate bottom of each cookie.
  2. Pipe the icing around the base of the candy.
