Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) Pineapple Chunks, reserve 1/4 cup of juice 1 can (11 or 15 oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained 1 large banana, sliced 1 Kiwi fuit, peeled, halved and sliced 1 cup quartered strawberries 1/4 tsp. grated lime peel 2 tbsp. lime juice 1 tbsp honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir together reserved juice, grated lime peel, lime juice, and honey. Pour over salad.
