Roger's Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups apple cidar vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 TBLS kosher salt
1/2 TBLS freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Chill until ready to use.
  4. Reheat if deisred.
