2 cups fresh basil leaves packed 1/2 cup freshly grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup pine nuts 3 garlic cloves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Pulse basil and pine nuts in a food processor.
Add garlic and cheese and pulse several more times.
Stream in the olive oil while food processor is running. Add it slowly to help emulsify. Scrape sides occasionally.
