This recipe makes 2, 8" pie crusts if rolled out thinly.
Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco
1/4 water
Directions
  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Cut in Crisco and mix with pastry mixer
  3. Add water until desired consistency
  4. Turn out onto floured pastry cloth and roll to desired thickness
