This recipe makes 2, 8" pie crusts if rolled out thinly.
Ingredients
2 Cups Flour 1 tsp. salt 2/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco 1/4 water
|
Directions
-
Mix flour and salt
- Cut in Crisco and mix with pastry mixer
- Add water until desired consistency
- Turn out onto floured pastry cloth and roll to desired thickness
|
