Ingredients
1-1/3 cups white sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. almond extract 4 Tbsp. King Arthur instant Clear Gel 4 cups fresh sour cherries 1-1/2 Tbsp melted butter 1-2 Tbs. milk - for crust 2 - 9" pie crusts

Directions

Mix King Arthur Instant Clear Gel with sugar
- Combine sugar with cherries and other ingredients
- Fill unbaked pie shell with ingredients
- Cover bottom pie shell with top pie shell
- Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar
- Bake for 35-40 mins
