Cherry Pie

Oven Temp.: 425 F
 
Ingredients
1-1/3 cups white sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. almond extract
4 Tbsp. King Arthur instant Clear Gel
4 cups fresh sour cherries
1-1/2 Tbsp melted butter
1-2 Tbs. milk - for crust
2 - 9" pie crusts
Directions
  1. Mix King Arthur Instant Clear Gel with sugar
  2. Combine sugar with cherries and other ingredients
  3. Fill unbaked pie shell with ingredients
  4. Cover bottom pie shell with top pie shell
  5. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar
  6. Bake for 35-40 mins
